Bill Ungerman. Bill Ungerman retired from the position of Chief Financial Officer in 2014. He served in this capacity from CPFD's inception in 1986. He began his career in military wholesale food distribution with Military Distributors of Virginia (MDV) in 1982 and held the CFO position for both CPFD and MDV until 2006.
