  7. Vytautas ŽALAKEVIČIUS (1930-1996, Lithuania) studied directing at the Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography from 1951 to 1956, graduating with the short film Skenduolis. After graduating, he joined the Lithuanian Film Studio. In 1959, he directed the chapter ‘Living Heroes’ from The Living Heroes.
