Breaking Habits is an album by a classic three-piece rock band. Each musician – as the album title suggests – makes a break from his musical habits and reveals a new face to the world. It’s a diverse piece of work done "old-style", but, most importantly, a record that has taken some courage to create.

It quite feels like the point of this musical endeavor is to be as raw and real as possible. The music certainly comes across that way, as it lacks the overly polished, pristine quality of many recent releases.
In 2016 he joined to Maciej Meller and Maciej Gołyźniak, to form the side project Meller Gołyźniak Duda, releasing the albums Breaking Habits in 2016 and Live in 2018. On 26 June 2020 he released his debut solo album called Lockdown Spaces, an electronic record composed during the recording sessions for Lunatic Soul's seventh album.

Behind this enigmatic name is a Polish trio consisting of Mariusz Duda (Riverside), Maciej Meller (Quidam guitarist) and Maciej Golyzniak (Sorry Boys). Maciej Meller is the guitarist that Mariusz Duda retained to participate in the "Toward The Blue Horizon Tour" in the spring of 2017 to provide the six string parts on stage with Riverside .
