Peter Derek Kircher (born 21 January 1945, Folkestone, Kent) is a retired English rock/pop drummer. He was the drummer for Honeybus (1967-1970), Liverpool Express (1978-1979) and Original Mirrors (1979-1981).
During mid- to late 1978, the band decided to abbreviate their name to simply L.E.X. Drummer Pete Kircher joined the band to be the 'studio drummer', and participated in the recording of their third album, L.E.X., which was produced by Tommy Boyce and Richard Hartley.

Highlights of this period included playing at Live Aid and the National Bowl, and meeting HRH the Prince of Wales at a benefit gig for The
