  2. Riley died in 2023. History. Formation and Guns N' Roses (1983–1985) L.A. Guns were first formed in 1983 [5] by guitarist Tracii Guns and drummer Rob Gardner. [5] [6] The first lineup included singer Mike Jagosz, bassist Ole Beich and Gardner.

  3. Riley left W.A.S.P. and immediately joined rising Sunset Strip band L.A. Guns in 1987, becoming part of the band's "classic" lineup alongside guitarists Tracii Guns and Mick Cripps, vocalist Phil Lewis and bassist Kelly Nickels.
