Noi e la Giulia is first and foremost a comedy film, one that harks back to a rather more innocent age of Italian comedy, but it also has something to say about the present day, the kind of lives we lead and the difficulties those of an in-between age face.
Synopsis. Five down-on-their luck strangers meet by chance while looking at a property in the country none of them are able to afford. They decide to join forces and risk everything to turn it into a B&B, only for the local mafia to show up demanding their “fair” share. Cast.
But when local mobster arrives with his car,a green vintage“ Giulia Alfa Romeo”, and asks for protection money, the guys knock him out and lock him in the basement, forcing the Mafioso to help the team in the farmhouse, shortly becoming their best business partner...
