Garden of Love Light is the debut solo album from R&B-soul-dance-pop songwriter/producer Narada Michael Walden. It featured nine tracks, seven which Walden wrote alone. It was produced by Tom Dowd. The single "Delightful" rose to number 81 on the R&B charts.

After all, Narada Michael Walden played drums on Wired and wrote four of its songs, including Play with Me. Beck returned the favor in marvelous fashion by recording with Walden. 6.

Atlantic released his first album, Garden of Love Light, in 1977 with a single that reached the R&B chart. The album was followed by I Cry I Smile and The Awakening. The latter album reached No. 15 on the R&B chart.
