Arthur Chesney (born Arthur Kellaway) was a British actor. He was the younger brother of actor Edmund Gwenn . In a screen career lasting nearly 40 years, he appeared in The Lodger (1927), Please Teacher (1937) and Michael Powell 's I Know Where I'm Going!
