1965: Formation. In early 1965, guitarists Joop Roelofs and Frank Nuyens joined with singer Willem Bieler to start the band. [2] The line-up was completed with the addition of drummer Jay Baar, formerly of Leadbelly's Limited, and bass player Peter Vink. [2]
NCRV TV broadcasts the Classic Albums series; a series of programmes featuring famous albums. One of those albums is Q65's Revolution. During the recording of this show, the original line-up Joop Roelofs, Frank Nuyens and Willem Bieler play together for the first time in years.

Frank Nuyens. Hun laatste Top 40-hit was in oktober 1970. Met Sexy Legs kwamen ze binnen op 40 waar ze twee weken bleven staan. De albums Afghanistan en We Are Gonna Make It waren in 1970 en '71 de laatste lp's. Drummer Jay Baar overleed in 1990, zanger Willem Bieler in 2000, en bassist Dick Schulte Nordholt in 2006.
