Hannah Mary Barnes (born 4 May 1993) is a British racing cyclist, who rides for UCI Women's WorldTeam Uno-X Mobility. She is the sister of fellow racing cyclist Alice Barnes, who rides for Canyon–SRAM.

Hannah Barnes was a road and cyclo-cross rider who competed from 2012 to 2023. She won a stage in Giro d'Italia Internazionale Femminile and finished second in Tour of Guangxi - UCI Women's WorldTour.
