2 de may. de 2013 · Now, for the 25th anniversary, Lanz has recreated the entire album using only his solo piano on Cristofori’s Dream…Re-Envisioned. Although deemed a classic, the original Cristofori’s Dream does contain some elements that date the recording.

David Lanz’s original 1988 release of Cristofori’s Dream, was a landmark recording in the so-called new age genre, topping Billboard’s first Adult Alternative/New Age chart and staying on the chart for twenty-seven weeks. It was also a major turning point in Lanz’s career.
