The first line-up change came when Steve Frothingham replaced Sullivan in late 1995; soon afterward founding member Richard Anton exited the band. Continuing as a three-piece, they recorded Money Machine in summer 1997, which Swedish label Record Heaven eventually released in 2000.

The band consists of vocalist/keyboardist Damon Fox (a terrific vocalist who prefers a moderate range to banshee wails or toadlike croaking); Ace Mark on lead, rhythm and slide guitars; Duffy Snowhill on bass; and Steve "Froth" Frothingham on drums and gong. Their first EP, "Closer to Doom", was recorded in Hollywood in 1998.
