Horace Panter (born Stephen Graham Panter, 30 August 1953) also known as Sir Horace Gentleman, is the bassist for the British 2 Tone ska band The Specials.
Horace Panter is a British artist who exhibits his paintings and collages of Americana, music and cassettes. He is also a founding member of the influential ska band The Specials and has collaborated with various brands and causes.

12 de jun. de 2019 · Panter, rechristened ‘Sir Horace Gentleman’ on Specials sleeves, found himself at the centre of a bona fide cultural phenomenon. After the Specials split in 1981, Panter served time with the Special AKA and General Public, but later retrained as a teacher of children with special needs, which helped him rediscover his love of art.
