30 de jun. de 2022 · The One Step to Chicago recording actually includes two bands. “While Hyman’s band played note-for-note transcriptions of the Teschemacher recordings,” Levinson explained, “there was another band, Kenny Davern’s band.” Clarinetist Davern’s band, Levinson said, “played in the spirit of the great Chicago jazz musicians.
