Jon Day is a British writer, critic and academic. He teaches English at King's College London. His essays and reviews have appeared in the London Review of Books, n+1, the New York Review of Books, The Times Literary Supplement, and The Guardian.

Dr Jon Day is a writer, critic and lecturer in modernist fiction. Day joined King’s College London in 2014 after completing a DPhil on modernist fiction, neurology and philosophy of mind at St John’s College, Oxford, where he had studied for his undergraduate and postgraduate degrees.
As an accomplished trumpet player, pianist, and educator for nearly three decades, Jon has been a featured artist in a variety of music festivals around the globe, and has had the privilege of sharing the stage with a variety of world-class musicians.
