Ayşe Hafsa Sultan (turco otomano: عائشہ حفصہ سلطان, "joven leona") o abreviado, Hafsa Sultan, (Kanato de Crimea, c. 1479 — Estambul, 19 de marzo de 1534) fue la primera Valide Sultan (no oficial) del Imperio Otomano. Fue una de las consortes de Selim I y madre de Solimán el Magnífico.
