Joshua Alexander McKay (born 10 October 1997) is a New Zealand rugby union player. He plays for Glasgow Warriors in the United Rugby Championship. His playing position is wing or fullback. He has also represented the New Zealand U20.

Rated as one of the fastest players in Super Rugby during his stint with the Highlanders, McKay is also capable of playing on the wing in addition to full-back. He shot to prominence in 2017 as part of the all-conquering New Zealand U20 side that claimed the World Rugby U20 Championship in Georgia.
