The Tales of Beatrix Potter (US title: Peter Rabbit and Tales of Beatrix Potter) is a 1971 ballet film based on the children's stories of English author and illustrator Beatrix Potter.
This live-action film adapts the animal stories of Beatrix Potter into a full-fledged ballet performance danced by various stars of the Royal Ballet. The narrative begins with a young Potter (Erin Geraghty) hard at work on her writing when, suddenly, her creations come dancing to life.
