Simply Red is a pop hit machine rooted in soul heritage. The band has been successful since the release of their first album Picture Book in 1985. Mick Hucknall’s four-octave voice quickly became as iconic on the airwaves as his famous red curls.
We’re pleased to announce that Simply Red will be performing at the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland on Friday 30 th June 2023. Tickets will go on sale on Thursday 6 th April, at 11am BST (12pm CET).

The Montreux EP is an extended play (EP) by British soul and pop band Simply Red, released in November 1992. It was recorded live at the Montreux Jazz Festival on 8 July 1992. The EP reached No. 11 on the UK Singles Chart as well as No. 4 on the Italian Singles Chart and No. 21 on the Irish Singles Chart.
