April 2022 saw the release of Crawling Through Grass by Ivan Nahem + ex->tension. This grew from an idea Bielski had that we should do an album merging my postpunk and yoga sensibilities. Besides Gregg, collaborators on these pieces included Andrew Nahem, Norman Westberg, Mark C, Jon Fried, Jadwiga Taba, and Helen Nulty.

Nahem, a noisemaking multi-instrumentalist and vocalist, played a crucial role in helping plant the seeds of the noise-rock movement in dark and dank downtown New York City throughout the ’80s and ’90s.
RITUAL TENSION [1982 - present] Ritual Tension is an American experimental rock ‘no wave’ band that formed in 1983 in New York City. They released two studio albums and an EP, all recorded at Martin Bisi's BC Studio in Brooklyn, and a live album taken from shows at CBGB, on the Celluloid/CBGB label.
