Cut the Crap. Jackyl released Cut the Crap in 1997. Its hit song "Locked and Loaded" featured guest vocals from AC/DC's Brian Johnson. Johnson also teamed up with the band for their 2002 album Relentless. Choice Cuts. The band's first greatest hits album, Choice Cuts, arrived in 1998.

Afortunadamente, el álbum nunca desciende hasta el nivel de su obra de arte. Aparte de "Push Pull" y la colaboración de Brian Johnson en "Locked & Loaded", raramente alcanza el nivel de diversion que caracteriza y hace atractivo a Jackyl.

This ominous rocker is a collaboration between Jackyl frontman Jesse James Dupree and AC/DC lead singer Brian Johnson; they wrote the song together and share vocals. They started working on the song when Dupree visited Johnson at his home in Florida.
2 de oct. de 2002 · He rails against complaint-rock and the bean-counting suits at labels and radio who were pushing it, but he unintentionally becomes what he most detests: a whiner. He's always been at his best when singing about his dick, so a lot of the material on Cut The Crap comes off as oddly downcast.
