Roy Wood (born 8 November 1946) is an English musician, singer and songwriter. He was particularly successful in the 1960s and 1970s as member and co-founder of the Move, Electric Light Orchestra and Wizzard. Wood formed the Move in 1965, and had hits including "Flowers in the Rain".

2 de may. de 2024 · The sessions also featured an appearance by keyboard player John Tout on ‘Pearls of Wisdom’, ‘Dear Landseer’ and ‘Dolphins Prayer’, the latter two songs also featuring guest Roy Wood (who also appeared on ‘Life in Brazil’). The band was further augmented by keyboard player Mickey Simmonds.
Hace 18 horas · In the Sunshine features Annie’s ex partner Roy Wood on bass and keyboards, he also produced the track with Annie and Michael Dunford. Again, this song has a very sensual theme and oozes passions, mostly unfulfilled but hopeful, it is a wonderfully evocative song with excellent performances and strong content.
