History. In 1983, Heiko Maile, Marcus Meyn, Oliver Kreyssig, and Martin Kähling, four friends from Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany, formed the band Licensed Technology. It was short lived, as Martin Kähling left in 1984.
En 1984, Martin Kähling dejó el grupo y los otros miembros se rebautizaron como Camouflage, inspirados en el título de la pieza homónima de Yellow Magic Orchestra.
