2 de oct. de 2021 · Tributes have poured in for Liverpool musician Paul Pilnick who enjoyed success with famous band Stealers Wheel. Paul, who grew up in Granby, died on September 17 aged 80 after a short illness.
Paul Pilnick was the lead guitarist of the Scottish-Irish folk-rock band Stealers Wheel from 1972 to 1975. He played on their albums Stealers Wheel, Ferguslie Park, and Right or Wrong, and co-wrote the hit song \"Stuck in the Middle With You\".

The many philosophical and existential themes explored in Egan and Rafferty’s songwriting remain relevant to this day. Rod Coombes, Paul Pilnick, and Tony Williams reunited to revive Stealers Wheel in the early 2000s and are still making music as Stealers Wheel as of 2021.
