David Attwooll (1949-2016) David Attwooll’s first full collection was The Sound Ladder (Two Rivers Press, 2015). His work appeared in several anthologies, and he was a winner of the 2013 Poetry Business pamphlet prize with Surfacing (smith/doorstop).
