Charles Spaak (25 May 1903 – 4 March 1975) was a Belgian screenwriter who was noted particularly for his work in the French cinema during the 1930s. He was the son of the dramatist and poet Paul Spaak , the brother of the politician Paul-Henri Spaak , and the father of the actresses Catherine Spaak and Agnès Spaak .

Paul-Henri Charles Spaak GCMG CH (Pronunciación en francés: [pɔl ɑ̃ʁi ʃaʁl spak]; 25 de enero de 1899 - 31 de julio de 1972) fue un influyente político, diplomático y estadista socialista belga. Charles Spaak was born on 25 May 1903 in Brussels, Belgium. He was a writer and assistant director, known for The Grand Illusion (1937), Before the Deluge (1954) and Panique (1946). He was married to Janine Spaak and Claude Marcy. He died on 4 March 1975 in Nice, Alpes-Maritimes, France.
