John Ricco (born April 14, 1968) is an American baseball executive. He is the senior vice president and Chief of Staff for the New York Mets of Major League Baseball (MLB). He previously served as the Mets' interim general manager .
During his life, Johnny Rico has become one of the most representative icons of the United Citizen Federation. Johnny inspired courage, sacrifice and valor in every battle as a freedom fighter, gallant soldier, and brave man. He is an exemplary character for all men and women of the Federation.
Bio. Johnny Ricco is best known as the lead/rhythm guitarist for the heavy metal band, Warrior Soul. With the success of Warrior Soul’s four albums for Geffen Records, Johnny’s musicianship exploded into the world stage.
