He was a director and actor, known for Monty Python's Flying Circus (1969), Monty Python's and Now for Something Completely Different (1971) and Q5 (1969). He was married to Ike Ott and Rita Davies. He died on 10 December 2002 in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
