Li Fook-shu, OBE, FCA, JP (Chinese: 李福樹; 30 May 1912 – 21 May 1995) was a Hong Kong businessman and politician. He was the chairman of the Bank of East Asia and unofficial member of the Executive Council and the Legislative Council.
Sir David Li Kwok-po GBM GBS OBE JP (Chinese: 李國寶; born 13 March 1939, London, England) is a Hong Kong banker and politician. He is the executive chairman of the Bank of East Asia and pro-chancellor of the University of Hong Kong .
The founders of the original four families are Li Sek-peng (李石朋), Robert Ho Tung (何東), Hui Oi-chow (許愛周) and Lo Cheung-shiu (羅長肇). Of these families, the Lis and the Hos and their descendants are the two most recognized by regular Hong Kong citizens today.

Mrs Daisy Li Woo Tze Ha, the widow of Mr Li Fook Shu was born in Hong Kong and, after graduation from St Stephen’s Girls’ College, studied at the University of Hong Kong. Not content with a life of indolent ease after marriage, Mrs Li has opted for a life of involvement with the community.
While at university she met her future husband, Mr. L i Fook-shu, who was a couple of years her senior. The marriage joining the two illustrious families was a happy event that invited the attention and blessing of the whole town.
