Li Fook-shu, OBE, FCA, JP (Chinese: 李福樹; 30 May 1912 – 21 May 1995) was a Hong Kong businessman and politician. He was the chairman of the Bank of East Asia and unofficial member of the Executive Council and the Legislative Council.
Main article: Li Fook-shu. The oldest son of Li Koon-chun, he was educated in England and qualified as an accountant; he was a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He became a director of the Bank of East Asia in 1958, and remained a director until his death in 1995.

The founders of the original four families are Li Sek-peng (李石朋), Robert Ho Tung (何東), Hui Oi-chow (許愛周) and Lo Cheung-shiu (羅長肇). Of these families, the Lis and the Hos and their descendants are the two most recognized by regular Hong Kong citizens today.
