The Swedish band Carptree are lifelong friends (Niclas Flinck and keyboardist Carl Westholm) who in 1997 decided 'to combine good, and sometimes catchy, melodies with more dramatic and progressive arrangements.' In 2001 they released their self-titled debut to some mixed reviews.
HOLLINGSHEAD. From Sweden comes this rock assembly, stationed in the royal capital of Scandinavia. It was the brainchild of the highly talented organist and pianist Carl Westholm (Avatarium, Candlemass, Carptree, Krux, Dec Burke, Jupiter Society, Leif Edling, The Doomsday Kingdom).
