Michael Conroy is a trainer and founder of Men At Work C.I.C., a company that delivers training on challenging sexism, supporting healthy personal development and fostering violence-free relationships. He has trained over 2,500 professionals in the #12Dialogues programme for boys and young men, and presented on this work at various conferences and events.
