Gordon Wilson (25 September 1927 – 27 June 1995) was a draper in Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, who became known internationally as a peace campaigner during the Troubles in Northern Ireland.

Gordon Wilson (1927-95) was a peace campaigner whose calls for forgiveness and reconciliation contributed to the Northern Ireland peace process in the 1990s. The eldest of four children, Wilson was born in the Republic of Ireland, raised Methodist and educated at Wesley College in Dublin.

In November 1987 Gordon Wilson and his daughter Marie, 20, were attending a Remembrance Day service in Enniskillen, County Fermanagh. The pair were buried under rubble by a bomb detonated by the Provisional IRA. Wilson survived but Marie died from her injuries.

He served as leader of the Liberal Party of BC from 1987–1993, leader and founder of the Progressive Democratic Alliance from 1993–1999, before joining the NDP where he served in the provincial cabinet.
Robert Gordon Wilson (16 April 1938 – 25 June 2017) was a Scottish politician and solicitor. He was the leader of the Scottish National Party (SNP) from 1979 to 1990, and was SNP Member of Parliament (MP) for Dundee East from 1974 to 1987. He was Rector of the University of Dundee from 1983 to 1986.
