Davyth Hicks (Cornualles, 1961) é o secretario xeral da Rede Europea para a Igualdade das Linguas (ELEN). Na súa visita a Compostela pola celebración da Asemblea Xeral da organización, Hicks debulla para 'Nós Diario' os obxectivos de ELEN, a situación das linguas minorizadas en Europa e o caso concreto da Galiza.
