George Stanley "Mugs" Halas Jr. (September 4, 1925 – December 16, 1979) was an American football executive who is one of five presidents in the history of the Chicago Bears franchise of the National Football League (NFL). He was the son of Bears founder and NFL co-founder George Halas and Minnie Bushing.

His son George, Jr. served as president of the Bears from 1963 until his sudden death at age 54 in 1979. One of Halas's final significant ownership acts was to hire Mike Ditka as head coach in 1982 (Ditka had been a Halas player in the 1960s).
