Tom C. Korologos. Tom Chris Korologos (born April 6, 1933) is an American former diplomat who served as the United States Ambassador to Belgium. [1] Early life, education, and early career. A second generation Greek American, Korologos was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. He has family origins from Tyros, Arcadia, in Greece.
Tom C. Korologos was confirmed by the United States Senate on June 25, 2004 and was sworn in as Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium by the Chief Justice of the United States, William Rehnquist, on June 30, 2004. He is the 29th Ambassador of the United States to Belgium.
He is the former Chief of Staff to U.S. Senator Wallace F. Bennett and a White House Assistant to Presidents Nixon and Ford. Tom C. Korologos was named to the board by President Clinton in 1995 and served until 2001.
