Arthur Arnold (born in Naarden, 5 April 1967) is a Dutch orchestra conductor. Arnold studied cello at the Maastricht Academy of Music and the Conservatorium van Amsterdam with Dmitri Ferschtman , and later in London with Christopher Bunting .

Dutch conductor Arthur Arnold is the co-founder and Artistic Director of the Pacific Region International Summer Music Association (PRISMA). Currently celebrating its 12th season, the annual PRISMA Festival & Academy takes place in Powell River, BC, featuring 50 musical events and over 5,000 attendees.
Arnold is the Music Director and conductor of the PRISMA Festival Orchestra, the premier ensemble at the festival. 2022 marks the 10 th anniversary of the PRISMA Festival & Academy. Arnold was the Music Director of the Moscow Symphony Orchestra from January 2012 to his resignation in March 2022.
