Tony Ayre (deceased) The Adventures were a Northern Irish rock/pop band, formed in Belfast in 1984 who had a number of hits during the 1980s and early 1990s. The band moved to London where they signed to Chrysalis Records and released their first single in 1984.

Now The Adventures are back with a reunion gig at The Empire, Belfast on December 27. The three core members of the original band, Terry Sharpe, Pat Gribben and Eileen Gribben, will be joined by two new members Iggy Ward and John Burns.

20 de nov. de 2021 · The group with, original members Terry Sharpe, Pat Gribben and Eileen Gribben, were one of the most successful Irish bands of the eighties, reaching their peak with the highly acclaimed single ‘Broken Land' which was the most played record on Radio 1 in 1988 and which brought the band a dedicated and loyal following both at home and abroad .
