Milton Abbey School is an independent school for day and boarding pupils in the village of Milton Abbas, near Blandford Forum in Dorset, in South West England. It has 224 pupils as of September 2023, in five houses: Athelstan, Damer, Hambro, Hodgkinson and Tregonwell. The school was founded in 1954 and is co-educational.

Milton Abbey is a deliberately small school, which offers a breadth of courses in small class sizes, providing excellent pastoral care and a full programme of sport and co-curricular activities, all in a beautiful rural setting.
Milton Abbey is a non-selective boarding school that offers a caring, bespoke education for each of its 220 students. Set in a beautiful valley, the school has a range of sports, activities and 6th form programmes to suit diverse abilities and backgrounds.
In 1953 the mansion and grounds were bought by a trust to establish Milton Abbey School. The School’s five houses are fittingly named Athelstan, Damer, Hambro, Hodgkinson and Tregonwell. The Abbey is the dominant feature of the school buildings.
