Sir Thomas Lister Villiers (31 October 1869 – 21 December 1959) was a British planter in Ceylon. He was appointed the European unofficial member of the Legislative Council of Ceylon from 1924 to 1931, appointed member of the State Council of Ceylon (1932) and chairman of George Steuart Group.

Thomas Villiers, 1st Earl of Clarendon (1709–1786), diplomatist, was the second son of William Villiers, second earl of Jersey (c. 1682–1721). He served as envoy-extraordinary to the court of Augustus III, elector of Saxony and king of Poland, and then resident minister at Berlin and the court of Frederick the Great.
