Hace 1 día · When I send sound to the xlr inputs, I can only hear the white noise. The device is on the latest update and everything else works fine. I've send the audio in on a camera but this is not always practical. Has anyone ever experienced this "problem" or am I missing something? Thanks.
Hace 3 días · I've tried connecting my Zoom L-8 mixer using a 1/4 inch balanced to 3.5mm cable (from the Zoom's headphone jacks) as well as a simple 3.5 mm to 3.5 mm connection from my phone to the ATEM. In both cases, there is a noticeable hum in the recording and monitoring.
