Frankini, as Cat’s brother, is plausible as he is a recurring villain in the Henry Danger world and would likely find himself causing the kinds of trouble Cat describes him getting into. Ariana and Frankie are brother and sister irl so the writers/producers may have wanted to incorporate that into the Victorious/Sam&Cat/Henry Danger canon.
