Hace 3 días · From Sultanahmet to Cihangir is very easy by tram and the wonderful old Tünel underground funicular, or the brand new one up to Taksim square. Certainly no need for a taxi which would have to go all round the one-way systems to get you there. But your thread is about cats, and surely central / touristy Istanbul is not the best place to find happy strays.
