Everyone is talking about how it’s safer to take the metro during rush hour. But when exactly is rush hour? What is the earliest time that the trains are filled by not too crazy people? For context: I’m planning to take an overnight FlixBus from San Francisco to LA. I have 2 options: I can arrive at UCLA at 5:05AM or at Union Station at 5:35AM.
