Anyways, ever since I moved in once every other week or so I have an encounter with some giant palmetto bug (2 to 3 inches long) that makes me want to burn down the entire apartment down. If you have been spared the experience of dealing with one of these things, palmetto bugs are basically supersized cockroaches that are so scary and also have the miraculous ability to fly.
I have been using Orkin for the last two years, when I purchased my home. I don’t feel like their service is super effective. My main issues are Palmetto bugs, fruit flies and mosquitoes. In the summer, I usually see 1-2 live palmetto bugs per day in the week after they spray and 3-4 a day in other weeks.
