El gobernador de Kentucky, el demócrata Andy Beshear, declaró este lunes el estado de emergencia en medio de un temporal de tormentas y tornados que azota el centro-sur de Estados Unidos y ha provocado ya, al menos, 19 muertos en los estados de Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas y el propio Kentucky.
