There's a ton of other stuff you missed. You only get about 40 percent of the runes needed to get all of one characters powers in a single run. Unlike in dishonored 1 where you get 66 percent. So itll take 2 and a half playthroughs of dishonored 2 to get all of the powers of just Emily or Corvo.
