They were formed by frontman Chino Moreno, lead guitarist Stephen Carpenter and drummer Abe Cunningham, with bassist Chi Cheng and keyboardist and turntablist Frank Delgado joining the line-up in 1990 and 1999, respectively.

The whole aesthetic and vibe of this album is the peak nu-metal sound of deftones before they branched off and did more of their own thing in white pony. I really love this song but I will also say that Lhabia, MX and Damone are great tunes as well.
