Modern bands approaching the jammy, Hammond sound of Deep Purple I am such a big DP fan, being an obsessed nut about all of their albums, even the weird ones (especially the weird ones). I also like all those crazy live albums and bootlegs of theirs--I feel like Purple were at their best and most creative in a live setting.
