The first thing you want to do is to check the ‘Enable’ box to make the extension active. Then you place your reference image in the ‘Single Image’ tab by dragging and dropping the image into the box.

RESULT: It seems like SD isn't following any control net input. Here's my configuration: Control weight is set to 2, I wasn't able to include that in the screenshot. Both ControlNet Units are set to "ControlNet is more important" and "Crop and Resize".

You definitely want to set the preprocessor for None as your input image is already processed into the poses. The bigger issue I see is that you're using a pony-based model but not using pony-based score prompts. Also I would try use the thibaud_xl_openpose_256lora for this, but actually kohya's anime one should work.
